Coach Rebecca S Farley is an empowerment strategist, dynamic speaker, coach, and advocate with a lifelong passion for helping others. In 2008, she left corporate America to pursue her dream of empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their unique definitions of success. With a rich background in psychology and business, coupled with personal experiences of overcoming challenges, Rebecca brings a unique perspective that transforms lives and elevates businesses to new heights.
A proud supporter of American veterans, active military personnel, and their families, Rebecca serves the American Legion Auxiliary in multiple leadership roles, including President of her local unit, Vice President of her district, Department Historian for West Virginia, and Public Relations Chairman for the Department. She also contributes her expertise as a board member for Main Street Point Pleasant, where she leads efforts in Organization and Development, and as a sponsor and committee member of the nonprofit Divine Fog Serves’ Homes from the Heart Gala, addressing critical community needs.
Rebecca is happily married, the proud mother of three daughters, and affectionately known as “Mumzie” to her grandchildren. Her unwavering dedication to empowering others has led her to deliver hundreds of hours of impactful presentations across the nation. Her work has earned her numerous accolades, including Woman of the Year, Ambassador of the Year, Business of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year.
As the founder of the nationally recognized “business eXpress” monthly workshop, Rebecca provides invaluable tools and strategies for business owners, leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
